The Crew
You hire the people,
not just the system.
Lead Driller
Marcus Hendley
Marcus has put holes in the ground from Vermont to Virginia — granite, schist, clay, and everything between. He reads a formation the way a surgeon reads a scan.

Systems Designer
Diane Okoye
Diane translates soil reports and heating load calculations into loop fields that perform exactly as modeled — sometimes better. Her designs have never missed a savings projection.
Results
What the numbers say
after the first winter.

We were burning through $390 a month in propane every February. Last February, the heat pump ran the whole house for $68. I stood at the thermostat for a minute just staring at it.

The payback math was always there on paper. What surprised me was the comfort — no hot spots, no cold corners. The building just stays at 70 degrees without arguing about it.
Sandra Mwangi
Facilities Manager, Fairfax County Schools

We needed two LEED points and a story to tell investors. Bore gave us both. The loop field was in before the slab was poured — zero schedule impact.

How It Works
Five stages.
Real boots. Real dirt.

Phase 01
Site Assessment
We walk the property, pull soil logs, and run a heating load model. You get a written scope before a single shovel moves.

Phase 02
Loop Field Design
Diane lays out the bore count, depth, and spacing to hit your exact BTU target — conservative by design, precise by calculation.

Phase 03
Drilling
Marcus and his rig go to work. Most residential jobs finish in two to four days. The bore holes are cased, grouted, and sealed before we leave each evening.
Phase 04
Loop & Manifold
HDPE pipe is inserted, pressure-tested, and tied into the manifold vault. Every joint is fused, not clamped — no leak paths underground.

Phase 05
System Startup
The heat pump is commissioned, controls are calibrated, and we hand you a commissioning report with measured performance against the design target.
